COUNTY MIXED PAIRS COMPETITIONS REGULATIONS

• The County Mixed Pairs Competition follows the same regulations as the County Pairs Competition as laid out in the main Competition Regulations of Warwickshire County Bowls Association with the following changes:

General

• All mentions of he/him/his shall be taken to include she/her as appropriate.
• All mentions of County refers to Warwickshire County BA.

Qualification for Entry

• Both entrants must be members of the same club.

Draw

• The final of the Mixed Pairs alternates between the Finals day of WCBA and WWBA.

Play

• Extensions to fixed dates, "County Business" can be defined by either WCBA or WWBA.

Substitution

• Both male and female players may be substituted by another player from the same club that has not previously played in the Competition and is the same gender as the player they are replacing. Should a substitute be required in subsequent rounds only the original substitute shall be eligible to play.
• At least one of the original team must play in each round, both substitutes cannot play at the same time.
